Pedestrian-friendly sidewalks play a big role in the Lakeside DFW plan.
Over 40 Flower Mound residents shared their views on the Lakeside DFW Plan Thursday afternoon/evening. Saturday (10 am to noon) is your last chance to give the Lakeside DFW Team your comments before adjustments are made.

We currently live in Grapevine, but we will be “empty nesters” within the next 7-10 years. We would love to live in a small house or condo with a great view. That sounds like what you are planning for Lakeside DFW. We are excited that it finally is coming to pass. We have been using that back road to miss traffic for years to travel from Grapevine to Flower Mound.
We visited the Adriatica neighborhood in McKinney right before the holidays and it was absolutely beautiful. It reminded us of the cute villages we visited years ago in Europe. This neighborhood is situated on a small manmade lake. I think something like the Lakeside DFW would be an even more beautiful location based on the shores of the Lake.
